- On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 3 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate your room by approx. 10 am. Should you arrive at the Hotel Waldhof after 6 pm, please inform us in advance.
- Late check-out: Would you like to sleep a little longer, cool off a little more in the pool, take a sauna and enjoy something tasty in the afternoon before you leave?
No problem – for late check-out we charge € 25.00 incl. bathrobe, towels and afternoon snack. Please enquire in good time at the reception if a new arrival in your room is planned for the day of your departure or if you can stay longer. - o Booking terms: Due to the Covid-19 situation, until further notice it is not necessary to pay a deposit or provide your credit card details to guarantee your reservation. Once the reservation is made, we will send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to send us a reconfirmation e-mail. As soon as we receive your e-mail, your booking will be binding.o Temporary cancellation policy for carefree holiday planning: Due to the uncertain times, if you have fallen ill with Covid and can prove it, you have the right to cancel your booking at any time free of charge, reschedule your stay at the Waldhof or to interrupt it if you’re already there.
- You can park your car in our hotel car park - of course free of charge.
- You will get a discount for a child only if there are at least two adults staying in the same room. There is no discount for children sharing a bedroom with only one adult.
- On request, we will take into account children's special requests and special dietary needs at breakfast and dinner.
- To avoid cancellation fees in case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Calculate your premium and book via Europäische Reiseversicherung. At the link provided you can also find all details about the insurance coverage including Covid coverage.
- Quickly and comfortably from the train station to the Hotel Waldhof****? We pick you up on your arrival and take you to the train station on your departure day.
- Unforeseen events happen, and sometimes, unfortunately, they happen right before you leave for your holiday. Should this happen, we offer you the following cancellation policy:
- up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation
- from 30 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount
- in case of no-show without cancellation, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booking amount for not enjoyed days.
- You can pay your bill in cash (up to € 4.999,00 per booking), by debit card or credit card (Master and Visa). You can also pay your bill the evening before the day of your departure (by 10 pm).
- The local tax amouns to € 2.20 per person/day and will be charged directly on site. Children up to 13 years are exempt from this tax.
- According to Italian law, smoking is not permitted in the entire indoor & wellness area of our hotel and therefore also in all Waldhof rooms, junior suites and suites. You may smoke in the smoking corner at the hotel entrance and on the terrace.
- Fancy a peek online from time to time? You have access to free WiFi throughout the whole building.
- On request, your four-legged friend is welcome at the Waldhof! Dogs, however, are not allowed in the dining room, the lawn and the wellness area. For hygienic reasons, we also ask that you do not allow your dog on the bed, on upholstered sofas/armchairs or in the bathroom. Thank you for your understanding! For your pet's stay we charge € 25.00 per day (excluding pet food).
